The Construction Project Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication between crews, subcontractors, and clients. Responsibilities include managing timelines, budgets, safety, and quality control for residential and commercial construction projects.
Location: Kaneʻohe, Oʻahu (office-based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience: 3+ years in residential and/or commercial construction management
License: Valid Hawaiʻi driver’s license required
Transportation: Personal vehicle required for job site visits
Background Check: Required prior to hire
