Located in Mililani, Oahu, this residential renovation transformed the home's main living areas with a clean, modern design and thoughtful improvements to functionality, comfort, and everyday living. JR Builders Hawaii completed a full renovation of the kitchen, living room, and dining room, creating a more cohesive interior with upgraded finishes and new lighting. A new pantry added valuable storage and functionality to the downstairs living area while complementing the redesigned kitchen. The renovation also extended outdoors with the addition of a new patio, creating more usable space for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying Hawaii's indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Following the completion of the downstairs renovation, JR Builders Hawaii returned for a second phase to renovate the home's primary bedroom and bathroom. Those spaces are not featured in this project gallery but continued the transformation of the residence. The completed project showcases how thoughtful remodeling can modernize an existing Mililani home while improving its functionality and creating comfortable spaces for everyday island living.

The kitchen was fully renovated with upgraded finishes, new lighting, and a modern look that carries into the adjoining living and dining areas. A new pantry was also incorporated into the downstairs layout, providing additional storage and improved functionality for the kitchen and main living space.
The renovation extended outdoors with the addition of a new patio, creating a comfortable transition between the interior and exterior living areas and providing more space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying Hawaii's year-round indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
Updated finishes and lighting throughout the renovated spaces brought a clean, contemporary feel to the home while maintaining a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Following the completion of the downstairs renovation, JR Builders Hawaii returned for a second phase to renovate the primary bedroom and bathroom. Although those spaces are not featured in this project gallery, the additional work continued the transformation and modernization of the home.
